Aldrich Cabildo joined West Bank as First Vice President – Commercial Banking in 2008. With over thirteen years of commercial banking and finance experience, Aldrich assists his business clients in securing financing for working capital, business acquisitions, and real estate and capital equipment purchases. He also works with the U.S. Small Business Administration by helping match its various loan programs with commercial borrowers.
Aldrich has volunteered for a number of organizations over the course of his professional career including Teammates mentoring program, Des Moines Youth Advisory Board, Drake University Central Iowa Alumni Chapter, SCORE, and the Corporation for Economic Development in Des Moines.
Aldrich is a graduate of Drake University. He enjoys golfing, camping with his family, and playing baseball in the Mid-Iowa Baseball League. He has been married to Sarah, his wife, since 2006. Their son, Dominic, was born on August 20, 2008, and they recently welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Averia, on October 1, 2009. The Cabildo family resides in Urbandale.
