Jeremy Schultz is a creative professional who specializes in design and illustration for print and the web. Since 2000 he has worked as a graphic designer, web designer, illustrator, multimedia producer, copywriter and marketing strategist for clients including Miller Bottling Company, Cargill, Briggs Corporation, the Blood Center of Iowa and Orchard Place. Jeremy is also active in the design industry as a writer and reviewer and collaborates with companies such as Adobe Systems, Pantone, O’Reilly and Peachpit Press.
Jeremy has been involved with local organizations since 2003, when he joined the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Young Professionals Connection (YPC). In 2005 he became the organization’s Marketing Chair and helped it grow five-fold that year. Along with his involvement on the YPC board, Jeremy has served or serves on the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Small Business Advisory Council and Communications Advisory Council, the Riverfront YMCA Board of Directors, the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy.
Jeremy is a 1999 graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa and moved to West Des Moines in 2002 after three years working in Ottumwa, Iowa. He married his wife Lori in 2005 and and their first son, William Ryan Schultz, was born on December 26, 2008.
