Mick Grossman
Inaugural Class of 2009
Mick is excited by the opportunities presented by the commercial real estate business. Mick believes his highest responsibility is taking care of clients. This allows him to tap into one of his strongest traits—understanding each person’s wants and needs. Mick takes pride in giving 110% of himself in service to his clients. His boundless energy, time and generosity exemplify his character. Treating people with the respect they deserve is Mick’s motto. This allows Mick to be successful in cultivating relationships, not just business.
Prior to selling commercial real estate, Mick was the founder and owner of Beverage Express, office coffee service. Beverage Express grew from one account to over 125 accounts in 3 years. After 3 profitable years, Beverage Express was sold. Mick also owned a Chem-Dry carpet cleaning franchise. Chem-Dry started as a one-person operation. Through diligent sales and marketing, the franchise grew to a nine-crew service.
Mick believes that personal service and his ability to grow relationships is what separates him from the rest of the commercial real estate community. His dedication and commitment to each person is what allows him to turn each client’s commercial need into a reality.
Mick began his commercial real estate career in 2003 with Iowa Realty Commercial in West Des Moines. While with Iowa Realty Commercial he was awarded numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Tigerland Agent of the Year, and Commercial Agent of the Year.
